Join me in my cut flower garden for a relaxed, hands-on couple of hours where you'll join me on a tour of the patch, hear about how and why we got started in our little flower business, the ups the downs and you will get to ask a myriad of questions about the what we grow.  This workshop will run for approximately 2 hours.
 
We'll begin with a guided garden tour, discussing how I set up my patch and how I grow and care for the flowers.  This is an informal, interactive session so you can ask as many questions as you like. I’ll teach you how I harvest our flowers and then you will be provided with a pair of flower snips (which are yours to take home) and a bucket and you will wander the patch picking your blooms. While we give your flowers time to condition prior to arranging we will have a 20 minute break for coffee or tea (in this time you are welcome to take your beverage and meander through the gardens or sit down for a break) then we head back to our buckets of blooms and I will give you a brief demonstration on how I build my bouquets before you spend a fun half hour arranging and wrapping your own bouquet to take home with you.
 
Each participant will take home:
- A pair of flower snips
- A beautiful, wrapped bouquet of freshly picked blooms
- A lovely memory of a morning spent amongst the flowers
 
Tea, coffee, light refreshments and all materials are included.  Numbers are capped at 10 participants per session to keep things small, personal and hands-on.
