Shipping Policy
Flowers are available for collection from our roadside flower stall. If you purchase a bouquet from the website please make sure that you include the date and time that you wish to collect your bouquet. If you plan to collect your bouquet please select the $0 Local Pickup option at checkout. If you require delivery, please make sure you enter your address and information regarding delivery (we will need someone to be home or a safe place to leave your flowers).

Delivery for bouquets is available within a 10km radius of our property in Woodend Please make sure you select the $20 local delivery shipping option if you require delivery and check that you fall within the delivery range.

Sorry but I cannot ship dahlia tubers to Tas, WA or NT due to quarantine restrictions. Please note that, as I only load inventory onto the website when it has a visible eye, tubers will commence shipping from when they are ordered. All tubers are shipped via Australia Post and you will receive a tracking notification upon shipping.

If you wish to combine shipping, additional items will need to be added prior to the original package being despatched, otherwise additional shipping costs will be incurred for extra orders. If you would like me to hold your order for later shipping to give you a chance to order additional tubers please add a message at check out or send me an email to request this letting me know which cultivar you’re after and I will be able to give you an idea of whether it’s likely to be restocked. If I don’t receive a message I will be shipping any time from receipt of your order. For subsequent orders to be combined for shipping please just choose ‘Combined Shipping’ and add a note to let me know you are combining with a previous order.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Little Flower Stall Woodend, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with the product you've received, please reach out to me and I will do my best to make it right. I take pride in my flowers, tubers and seeds and your satisfaction is my top priority.

Please be aware that I only ship tubers that have visible eyes and I will often circle eyes so that customers can see where they will shoot from. I ask that you check your tubers as soon as you receive them and let me know if there is a problem so that I can rectify it immediately. Once tubers have been shipped, how they are looked after is out of my control and I cannot be held responsible for how they are stored or cared for and planted, therefore I may not be able to refund or replace tubers unless I am notified of issues as soon as you receive them.

In the case of any issues please contact me immediately and send photos so that I can troubleshoot if necessary.
