If you require delivery please note the following:
My preference is to deliver your bouquet when the recipient (or someone else) will be at home to receive it. In the cases where this is not possible, if you are happy for me to do so (and there is a protected / safe location), I will leave flowers unattended at the delivery address.
If nobody is home and there is no suitable location to leave the flowers I will bring them back home and will contact the recipient by phone or text to arrange a suitable re-delivery time (depending on my availability this may be the same day or the next day).
It is the responsbility of the person ordering the flowers to ensure that the recipient is not away. In the instance where re-delivery isn't an option (ie the recipient is away on holidays) I will contact the person who placed the order to discuss options. After two delivery attempts flowers can be collected or additional delivery charges will apply.
